43rd Street

When we first discovered this mid-century home in North St. Pete, it was neglected and run-down—but we immediately saw its potential. With its strong structure, clean lines, and classic layout, it was the perfect canvas for a thoughtful revival.

We started by opening up the floor plan, removing a dividing wall to create a true open-concept space filled with natural light and flow. To increase functionality, we added a fourth bedroom/flex space and a spacious laundry room—perfect for modern living.

In the heart of the home, the kitchen received a standout upgrade with the addition of a panoramic window, flooding the space with light and connecting the indoors to the outdoors—one of our favorite nods to mid-century style. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely updated with clean, minimalist finishes, and we added a luxurious custom quartz shower in the primary suite, designed to match the kitchen countertops and accented with LED lighting above.

Outside, the home was refreshed with crisp white brick and landscaping that complements the simple, modern aesthetic.
This project was never about changing the home—it was about revealing what it was always meant to be.

From forgotten to fresh, this home now proudly reflects the best of mid-century design, reimagined for today.

N. 34th Street

This nearly 100-year-old bungalow in East Tampa is more than just a renovation—it’s a complete rebirth. Over two years, we took this home down to the studs and carefully rebuilt it from the ground up, preserving just a few original features—the front porch and back steps—to honor its history and character.

Originally a modest two-bedroom, one-bath layout, we reimagined the space to add a spacious master bathroom and walk-in closet, creating a more functional and comfortable living experience while maintaining the home’s cozy charm.

Everything else is brand new. From the electrical and plumbing to the roof and interiors, every inch of this home was thoughtfully redesigned to blend timeless style with modern comfort.

With its bold black-and-white exterior, natural wood accents, and clean, modern landscaping, 3805 N 34th St stands out as a beacon of what’s possible in neighborhood revitalization. We’re especially proud that it’s one of the first remodeled homes of this size in the area to appraise at full value—a major milestone that reflects the quality and intention behind the work.

This house is a testament to what patience, vision, and craftsmanship can achieve. To us, it’s more than just a project.

It’s our Miracle on 34th Street.

Ira Street

Complete Renovation + New Construction

What began as a full gut and tear-down evolved into a stunning, modern reimagining of a classic Atlanta home.

Located on Ira Street, this project gave us the opportunity to start from scratch—honoring the original footprint while bringing fresh, contemporary design to life.

The exterior features clean white siding contrasted with warm wood tones, a bold roofline, and a custom privacy slat wall that frames the front porch, offering both style and functionality. Inside, the heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen: a sleek, high-contrast space anchored by a matte black island, minimalist cabinetry, and modern fixtures. Every detail was chosen to blend warmth with edge, simplicity with intention.

Whether you’re walking past or walking in, the Ira Street home stands as a reflection of what we do best—rebuilding from the ground up with purpose, precision, and personality.
